Empanelled experts will play a central role across the entire lifecycle of examination development and assessment design. The agency is looking for specialists who can bridge deep conceptual understanding with practical evaluation to measure candidates' analytical and application skills effectively.
Key Functional Areas:
Item Generation & Question Design: Developing high-quality, syllabus-aligned questions that rigorously evaluate conceptual depth, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities rather than rote memorization.
Review & Technical Vetting: Conducting meticulous checks on proposed test items to verify conceptual accuracy, absolute clarity, appropriate difficulty calibration, and adherence to established psychometric standards.
Moderation & Standardization: Applying standardized moderation frameworks across question sets to ensure parity, fairness, and uniformity for all candidates.
Translation & Transadaptation: Overseeing the precise translation of assessment materials into diverse regional languages, ensuring cultural context, linguistic fidelity, and technical accuracy across all language options.
